Potatoes flavored with rosemary
Wash the potatoes well and dry them with a paper towel
We cut them lengthwise into 2 if they are smaller or 4 if they are larger.
In a heat-resistant ceramic bowl, place the potatoes, add salt, pepper, garlic powder mixed with red pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Saute the potatoes in a bowl then add a little dried rosemary, freshly crushed garlic.
At the end we put a little lard from place to place.
Cover with aluminum foil and put in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Then we take the aluminum foil and let it bake like this, to get a reddish crust.
