Marinated turkey meatballs

  • 300 gr boneless turkey breast

And a few more things besides, that they gathered. These meatballs are interesting.

In fact, these more cunning ones didn't call it chickpea flour but instant hummus, but the box only contains chickpea flour.

Anyway, the combination of meat with chickpea flour is not bad, they were not the right ingredients, but cooked in sauce, good.

Now and the other hangars, to keep them in the file of the big internet, I cooked like this: for me (diet) the root soup with a beef end of white beef broth, for the dog a pilaf from the crack with lots of beef and vegetables a stew for the man of the house, again thick soup, pork, with many vegetables, egg, cabbage juice, potatoes.

Three products that I liked (Home Garden juice is drinkable as such, but it also goes with food and, if you are allowed, drink Bloody Mary and it is Polish).

And in the end, what I received very good from Santa (apart from three beers and a jar of pickles).

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil until well softened, then strain and make a puree.
While the potatoes cool, take the salmon and boil it with wine, bay leaf and enough water, but do not cover the salmon in water. Boil on low heat for about 8-10 minutes, then remove the skin and put on a paper napkin to get all the water out of it.

When it has cooled, grind it well with a fork and mix it with the puree and finely chopped onion. Add salt, pepper, a little dill and thyme seafood to taste.

At the end add the 2 eggs and breadcrumbs and mix well. The composition should not be too soft, if you need to put more breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Be careful not to overheat the meatballs. We take the composition in the palm of our hand and form the meatballs that we fry until they start to crust.

1 large onion
1/2 clove garlic
2 cups tomato juice
salt and pepper

Cover again with the lid and let it simmer until the juice decreases, and the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Before the end, when there is still juice in the pan, put the chopped garlic and mix well. The smell will definitely make you look forward to sitting at the table. :)))

At the end, sprinkle with finely chopped greens and serve with your favorite garnish. This time, although the polenta is usually present, we opted for pasta.
