Cocoa and whipped cream cake


the initial recipe was just cocoa cake but I added whipped cream .... being even more delicious ...

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 old glass
  • lemon peel
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of oil
  • baking powder
  • 50 gr cocoa
  • whipped cream

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cocoa and cream cake:

Put eggs in a bowl and mix with sugar, flour, oil, milk and 50 g of cocoa. Add a pinch of salt, then mix the ingredients until you get a creamy dough. Add the lemon peel and baking powder and mix well.

Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. The oven must be preheated.

Cut the top in half lengthwise and put the whipped cream in the middle ...
