  • 1 small white onion or 2 smaller ones
  • 150 g red bell pepper
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Peel the onion and pepper, then wash and finely chop.

In a pot put the onion, pepper, oil, a little salt and sauté over medium heat for a few minutes until soft.

While the onion is cooking with the pepper, we clean the potatoes, wash them and cut them into larger cubes than the natural potatoes.

Add the potatoes over the onion, leave for another 1-2 minutes.

then add the paprika, enough water to cover the potatoes and salt.

Boil over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, then add the tomato paste, bay leaf and pepper, then simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce is bound and the potatoes are cooked.

We also chop the small parsley, which we sprinkle on top. Serve with pickles or hot peppers, but it goes just as well with cream for those who do not fast.

Seafood and fish stew

You can use whatever fish, seafood and vegetables you like, it is important how you cook it.

It is best to use a single pan, which goes both on the fire and in the oven.

I used squid, sea bream and shrimp. Like vegetables, garlic, fresh hot peppers, celery, some pickled Greek hot peppers, red onions, kapia peppers and a can of chopped tomatoes.

The fish fillets are cut into smaller pieces. The squid is washed and lightly raised on both sides, then cut into smaller pieces (enough to put in your mouth once without being funny). Peel the shrimp and remove the digestive tract (slightly cut the curved outer part) and wash. All are dried with paper towels and seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Cut the onion into large slices, the garlic cloves in half, the pepper and celery into suitable slices, the fresh hot pepper into thin slices.

Heat the pan and add a little oil. Fry the fish and seafood over high heat for a few seconds on each side, just enough to seal the juices inside. Remove to a plate, add the garlic, onion and hot pepper, cook over medium heat for a minute, add the rest of the vegetables, cook for a few more minutes and add the fish and seafood. Add the contents of the canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. After 20 minutes you have the wonder ready!

You have to taste fish, tomatoes and everything should be at least spicy (here everything has to do with the taste and spiciness of the pepper…). A few lettuce leaves, avocado slices and, of course, lemon add value to the stew.

But if someone does not yet have these products, they can also keep them in plastic bags.
The recipe I found here, the only change I made, is that I used, in half the amount, mustard instead of ketchup.

Used Tupperware products:

  • Magic Mixer 500 ml
  • Fantasy board

  • 500 ml milk + 100 ml (for mayonnaise)
  • 25 gr yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 200 ml of lukewarm water
  • flour as it contains (approx. 1 kg) + for flouring the board
  • 1 kg of sausages
  • ketchup
  • Sesame seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • mustard
  • 2 egg yolks

Pour the 500 ml of lukewarm milk into the Fantasy Bowl, add the rest of the liquid ingredients, lukewarm water, vinegar, lard, oil and mayonnaise made in Magic Mixer. Then gradually add the flour. We mix them with the help of a perforated spoon, or by hand. The dough should not be hard, but rather soft and elastic. We place the lid of the Bowl, take out the air and leave it to rise, in a warm place, protected from electric currents. Mix it 2-3 more times in the bowl, with oiled hands, or with a perforated spoon. When the lid of the bowl jumps,

we can pour the dough on the previously made Fantasy Plate. Knead the dough once more, then divide it into 6 equal balls (at the first croissants the dough stuck to me, but I kneaded it better before cutting them, and the problem was solved). With the help of the Supercooker, we spread each ball in a circle, and cut them with the cheese knife so as to receive 8 triangles.

The original recipe said that the sausages should be boiled, I didn't boil them, they will boil in the oven anyway. Cut the sausage pieces in half (for me in 4, because I didn't have only 0.5 kg of sausages), grease the triangles with ketchup or mustard and place the sausage pieces on the largest part of the triangle.
