Pea cream soup with cheese flower

First we heat the oven to make the cheese flower and we prepare a few cups of coffee (we will place the flowers in them).

We laugh as much cheese as we want (the more types you have the better).

Put the cheese in a bowl, sprinkle a little turmeric, pepper, hot paprika and a drop of unrefined thyme, mix them.

In a tray with baking paper, we place piles of cheese of different sizes and not very thick and thick. When the cheese is hot, it will widen / dilate and brown a little.

Remove the tray from the oven / do not turn off the oven and take each pile lightly, not to burn and shape it by hand, like plasticine and form petals, then petal to petal to give it the shape of a rose. We place them in coffee cups to cool.
